2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup apple cider (juice ok)
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
2 medium macintosh apples, cored and grated
vegetable oil
