2 7/8 ounces barley oats (ground into fine flour)
2 7/8 ounces oat flour
2 7/8 ounces white whole wheat flour
2 7/8 ounces navy beans (ground into fine flour)
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
6 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs
3 cups buttermilk
6 tablespoons butter
